Yes, all rentals at the time of picking up the motorhome pay a deposit of EUR 800.
It can only be blocked with a credit card (Visa or Mastercard), and the owner of the credit card must be present at the time of collection. On delivery of the vehicle, a security deposit will be blocked on the Renter’s credit card, to guarantee the excess payment in case of theft, accident or any other damage to the vehicle during the rental period. The vehicle cannot be delivered unless the security deposit is blocked on a credit card.
Cash is not an accepted method of payment under any circumstances.
These prices are final and are included: WC chemical liquids, gas cylinder or first load of LPG, unlimited mileage (except for SPECIAL OFFERS that limits and clarifies it), additional drivers, comprehensive insurance with excess 800 euros, roadside assistance 7/24 throughout the European Union. You can travel to all the countries of the European Union and associated countries.
Prices may vary depending on motorhome model, availability, location and travel dates. In addition, we usually launch offers for special dates.
No. All costs mentioned in your quote/confirmation are final. There is no additional or hidden cost unless there are alterations to your reservation. In case of accident or damage to the motorhome, the maximum agreed deposit will be charged.

Yes, we have 4 seasons: High (July, August and Easter), Intermediate 1 (June, long weekends and Christmas), Intermediate 2 (September) and Low (rest of the year).
Yes, the minimum rental period is 3 nights in low season, in intermediate season 1 and 2 it is 5 and high is 10. However, we will always try to accommodate any request, subject to availability.
Not in all cases, generally the confirmation is online. In cases where the request is subject to confirmation, it is notified at the time that it is required and during the following 48 business hours we will respond.
Yes, our rentals include free mileage, except for special promotions for rentals of a few days that it specifies.

When you go to pick up the motorhome, you must take with you:
Driver’s license for all drivers, if you are not a community driver, accompany with an international driver’s license.

The rental is full day, as in hotels, it goes from 10 in the morning to 09 in the morning the next day. That is, if you return the motorhome in the afternoon-evening, the full day is charged, it is exactly the same as returning in the morning of the next day.
Departure and/or return outside these hours must be coordinated in advance and may incur a charge.

You can park anywhere that is allowed, you can use all the comforts of the motorhome, without the need for a campsite. We recommend for safety to stop in parking lots, overnight areas or campsites.
